Process Air Compressor - Surging

We are facing an issue with Process air compressor anti-surge control system. While deviation remains as high as 0.07, during load reduction (10%), on the reduction of 100 rpm slowly, the machine detected surge and opened antisurge valves while no conditions related to flow and pressure change were observed. This is a Manturbo machine and operates at ~6300 rpm. Is anyone facing the same issue?

I think flow/pressure indications going to deviation meter to be verified

Speed reference is also taken in Antisurge control system algorithm along with flow & compression ratio. Pl. ensure control algorithm of Surge control system..
